The Music City Yoga Festival is an annual event in Nashville, TN, welcoming hundreds of area yogis to celebrate yoga, music, food, and community! Proceeds from the Music City Yoga Festival benefit local non-profit Small World Yoga to promote and share accessible yoga in the community. 

Schedule of Events

The Music City Yoga Festival is Small World Yoga's annual fundraiser and celebration of yoga, fitness, and wellness in Nashville. Join us for another year of yoga, vendors, live music, local food, and a few new surprises.

The Music City Yoga Festival supports Small World Yoga's outreach throughout Middle, TN. Through this fundraiser, Small World Yoga teachers bring yoga to prisons, schools, libraries, rehabilitation centers, parks and more throughout the Nashville-area for FREE. In addition, a portion of the money raised is donated to Africa Yoga Project, the inspiration for the MCYF and Small World Yoga.

TMAC Flow - Yoga x HIIT Training

Vibrant Vinyasa - Go all in with a series of yoga flows that stretch your body, high-energy movements that elevate your heart rate, and loud music that holds down the beat of the whole experience. Get ready to breathe, move, sweat and find your freedom. 

Slow Flow - Take a break from the usual high-powered flows and slow down with this creative, rejuvenating Slow flow. You’ll walk away feeling refreshed and ready for the rest of day.

Ayurveda & Flow - Combining ayurvedic practices with a yoga flow.

Yoga Sculpt - When muscle meets yoga, Yoga Sculpt is born. Boost metabolism and build lean muscle mass as you move to upbeat tracks. You’ll combine free weights with Power Yoga sequencing and cardio to intensify each yogapose while mixing in strength-training moves like squats, lunges and bicep curls. Unleash your inner warrior to challenge your entire being with a dynamic flow with focus, balance and mindful breath.

Arm Balances - Join Rebecca for "play time" as she breaks down how to move safely into a variety of arm balances and inversions. If you have ever seen someone do a funky arm balance or turn upside down and wondered how they did it, then this workshop is for you. 

Yoga Tools for Anxiety - In this
workshop, we will learn practical breathing tools to prevent and relieve anxiety.
