Buti Yoga is a movement practice that fuses power yoga, cardio infused tribal dance, plyometrics & deep abdominal training into a high-intensity workout combined with upbeat music that transforms the body from the inside out. We train the core using the Spiral Structure technique created by Founder Bizzie Gold that transforms the way the body looks and performs almost instantly. The word “buti” is a marathi word that means “to cure something hidden below the surface.” Challenge yourself to free your mind and your hips during this FUN and challenging sweat fest!

Power flow yoga is powerful, energetic, and playful flowing class that connects breath, body, and mind as you move from pose to pose. This class is designed for every BODY, no matter your age or skill level. Power flow will help you unlock your potential and discover what is possible for you, on and off of your mat!
Kyle and Nikki will guide you through an energizing blend of the Bikram and Sumits Hot Yoga series. This perfect combination of the classic 26 hot yoga postures with vinyasa flow achieves the therapeutic benefits of hatha yoga, while creating a moving meditation.
Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures that are held for longer periods of time. This practice is designed to help you sit longer, and more comfortably, in meditation by stretching connective tissue around the joints. This session will include work with essential oils. Essential oils are the aromatic compounds found in found in the seeds, bark, stems, roots, flowers, and other parts of plants. Essential oils are a powerful support to our body's systems. They have been used throughout history for the variety of health benefits.
Lauren is excited to share the practice of Yoga Nidra with all of you. This practice was taught to her by her teacher Sri Dharma Mittra. Yoga Nidra boasts all of the benefits of deep, restful sleep - you will feel physically and mentally recharged, rejuvenated, and refreshed. But unlike natural sleep where your mind is not awake, Yoga Nidra offers inner exploration. Each practice begins by "shutting down" one part of the body at a time, allowing you gather all of your focus and attention inwards towards the Real Self. This practice is beneficial for everyone!
